Valerio Antonelli President

valerio-antonelli.jpg Valerio Antonelli is a Full Professor of Accounting in the University of Salerno. He had his degree in Economics and his PhD in Business Economics at the University of Pisa. His main research interests are Accounting history, Management accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting. He published some papers on international refereed journals devoted to Accounting history (AH, AHR, AHJ) and on EAR. He published also many papers and books in Italian. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Monographic series named “Quaderni monografici Rirea”and “Rirea opera prima”. He won the “AHJ Best paper award” in 2008.

Antonella Paolini Vice President

antonella-paolini.jpg Antonella Paolini, PhD at the University of Pisa in 1989, is a full professor in Accounting and Business Administration at the University of Macerata since 2000. She was Director of Depart-ment (pre-reform Law 240/2010) and Dean of the Faculty of Economics. The research topics concern Management Control in the private and public sector (with attention to farms); Ac-counting History; Financial Analysis and Theories on corporate systems.
She is scientific committees member of the Management Control and Contabilità e Cultura aziendale.

Alessandro Lai Vice President

alessandro-lai.jpgAlessandro Lai is a full professor in Accounting and Business Administration at the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona since 2001, where he is responsible for the courses of Accounting and of Corporate Governance. He received a Ph.D. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Venice in 1988. He has been researcher and assistant professor at the Catholic University of Milan (1987-1992), associate professor at the University of Milan (1992-1995) and at the University of Verona (1995-2001). His recent research focuses are on integrated reporting, corporate governance and accounting history. In the past, he focused on financial statements, business combinations, networks and cooperative agreements. He is member of the editorial boards of journals as Accounting History (Sage Publications), Financial Reporting (Franco Angeli), and of peer reviewed series as Accounting and Business Studies, Determinazione e creazione del valore nelle aziende, Rirea Historica, etc. He is a reviewer for journals and series. He is chairman of the “Moral Sciences Section” of the National Virgilian Academy.

Luisa Pulejo Secretary

luisa-pulejo.jpg Luisa Pulejo is a professor at the Department of Economics, Business, Environmental and Quantitative Methods (SEAM), University of Messina, where she teaches Business Administration and Social Accountability. She is member of the Academic Senate, of the Senate Commission of Internationalization at the University of Messina, as well as of scientific societies SISR, AIDEA and SIDREA. In addition, she is a founding partner of the National Association GBS - Study Group for the Social Report. She is part of the Scientific Committee of research journals and book series. She is the author of several monographs, articles in journals and book national and international chapters. Her research mainly focuses on Social Accountability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Accounting History, Local and Regional authorities and No-profit organizations.

Daniele Gervasio Treasurer

Associate professor by Department of Management, Economics and Quantitative Methods at University of Bergamo (Italy), where he holds courses in Accounting History, International Accounting, Advanced and International Accounting.
He is Professor in Accounting and Business Administration at Academy and School Inspectors of Financial Police of Bergamo.

Federica BalluchiFederica Balluchi is an associate professor of Business Administration at the Department of Business in the University of Parma. Deputy Chairman of the "Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili" (National Council of Chartered Accountans and Professional Accountants).
Contract professor by the Management department of the Turin University.
Author and co-author of publications and articles on Public Administration, he also lectures in university master courses and training at courses, seminars and conventions.
He has been involved in audit activities, not only in privately held companies, but also in medium and large-sized local authorities, in hospital authorities, health authorities and non-profit organisations.
In recent years he carried out reorganisation of investee companies for some medium-sized local authorities.

Federico Barnabé Member

Federico BarnabéFederico Barnabè, PhD, is Associate Professor in Business Administration at the Department of Business Studies and Law, University of Siena (Italy).
Previously, Federico was a visiting researcher at the University of Bergen (Norway) and Roehampton University (UK). His main research interests include Management Accounting, Performance Measurement, Accounting History, and Simulation.
He has published in several Italian and international journals on these topics. He was co-editor of the Rivista di Contabilità e Cultura Aziendale and is currently a member of the scientific committee of Management Control.

Roberta Fasiello Member

Roberta FasielloRoberta Fasiello is associate professor of Accounting, Business Administration and Business Management at the Department of Economics, Management, Mathematics and Statistics in the University of Salento. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Salento in January 2006. She has been Researcher in Business Administration in the University of Salento from 2011 to 2015 and she was visiting in 2010 at Cass Business School (UK) and in 2015 at School of Government University of NC (USA). He holds courses in Business Administration and Managerial Accounting in the University of Salento. She is member of Summa Economica’s Committee (RIREA). Her main research interests focus on Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Accounting History. Author of articles, papers, book chapters and monographs mainly on Financial Accounting (capital maintenance, reserves, winding-up), and on Accounting History. She published some works on Performance Management in PA and CSR.

Luca IanniLuca Ianni is “Senior” Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Department of Management and Business Administration - “Economia Aziendale”, University “G.d’Annunzio” of Chieti – Pescara. In 2017, he earned the National Scientific Qualification (ASN) for Associate Professor of Accounting. He has been Visiting Researcher at the School of Business – University of Ballarat (AUSTRALIA), supervisor: Prof. G. Carnegie, and at the School of Business – University of Cardiff (UK), supervisor: Prof. S.P. Walker. Main research interests focus on Cost Accounting and Managerial Control, both private and public sector; Public Sector Accounting (especially for healthcare sector), Accounting History.
