How to Join
ordinary members are admitted from among people who can demonstrate that they cultivate an interest in historical studies in the field of Accounting or other business disciplines.
The correspondent members are admitted from among people who propose to cultivate historical studies in the field of Accounting or other business disciplines.
The supporting members are admitted from among people and bodies which, due to an interest in the activities of the Society, undertake to support it by means of contributions in money, in kind or in work.
To be admitted as an ordinary or corresponding member, a written proposal from at least two ordinary or honorary members is required, accompanied by a short curriculum vitae undersigned by those proposing the candidacy and showing publications made in the field of Accounting History. The proposal must also be forwarded to the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Society.
The application, to be examined by the Executive Board at its first subsequent meeting, will be presented at the Annual Member’s Assembly for final approval.
The membership is based on the payment of annual quota for the sum of 120 Euro (for ordinary members) or 60 Euro (for corresponding members).
